FDAO

FDAO antimony trioxide is a high purity, high tint, odorless, crystalline powder. In combination with a halogen source, FDAO constitutes an extremely effective flame retardant.

FD313S

The FD313S reactive synergist blend has been specifically formulated to serve as a 100% replacement of Antimony Trioxide in PVC compounds where the Antimony Trioxide loading level is between 2 and 5 phr.

FDVW1

FDVW1 is an industry-established solution for the cross-linked low voltage XLPE and EPDM wire and cable market. FDVW1 is a reliable, cost effective option that has been shown to replace up to 70% of Antimony Trioxide. The amount of Antimony Trioxide that FDVW1 can replace is formula dependent.

SD200

The SD200 reactive synergist blend has been specifically formulated to provide the maximum flame retardant performance when used as an Antimony Trioxide replacement in polymers where the primary flame retardant is halogen based. It is typically possible to replace between 50 and 100% of Antimony Trioxide.

FD493

The FD493 reactive synergist blend has been specifically formulated to provide the maximum flame retardant performance when used as an Antimony Trioxide replacement in PVC where the Antimony Trioxide level is at or above 5 phr.

FD455S

The FD455S reactive synergist blend has been specifically formulated to serve as a 100% replacement of Antimony Trioxide in PVC compounds where the Antimony Trioxide loading level is below 2.1 phr.

FDPE94

FDPE94 is an ultra-low-cost blend that can replace over 50% of the Antimony Trioxide synergist, while maintaining flammability performance. FDPE94 has been observed to reduce the flow and dripping of polymeric material during UL94 testing when compared to an equivalent version which incorporates only Antimony Trioxide as the synergist.

FDPP94

FDPP94 provides formulators of UL94 rated polypropylene compounds with the ability to reduce the cost of their flame retardant package. Designed specifically for formulations flame retarded with halogenated additives, FDPP94 can replace around 50% of the Antimony Trioxide synergist, while maintaining flammability performance and reducing the flow and dripping of the material during UL94 testing.
