MAT is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Matthew Dong to our team as Technical Sales and Business Development Manager.
Matthew brings nearly two decades of experience in the polymer industry, combining deep technical expertise with a strong commercial track record. His background in polymer science and formulation, along with his experience working closely with compounders and raw material suppliers across North America, positions him to play a key role in strengthening MAT’s customer partnerships and expanding our market presence.
In this role, Matthew will bridge technical development and commercial strategy, working directly with customers to optimize formulations, support performance validation, and identify cost-effective flame retardant solutions aligned with evolving regulatory and performance demands. His leadership will also support the continued growth of MAT’s expanding product portfolio.
